IT IS AGAINST THE FEDERAL LAW TO RESELL USED HAIR. WE CANNOT ACCEPT ANY HAIR PRODUCTS THAT HAVE LEFT THEIR ORIGINAL PACKAGING OR LOOKS WORN OR ALTERED IN ANYWAY

 

IF YOU RECEIVE AN INCORRECT ITEM, PLEASE EMAIL US AT BLISSFULLYBHRIE@GMAIL.COM WITH PHOTOS OF THE UNWORN ITEMS WITHIN 48 HRS OF RECEIPT. AFTER WE CONFIRM THE ORDER IS INCORRECT, WE'LL SEND STEPS ON HOW TO RETURN YOUR ITEMS AND BEGIN THE EXCHANGE PROCESS. 

 

ANY PACKAGE MAILED BACK TO OUR OFFICE  WITHOUT PRIOR APPROVAL WILL NOT BE ISSUED A REFUND AND THE PACKAGE WILL NOT BE RETURNED TO THE SENDER. 

 

IF YOU ENTER THE INCORRECT MAILING ADDRESS AND THE ITEM IS RETURNED TO OUR OFFICE, YOU WILL NEED TO PAY AN ADDITIONAL SHIPPING COST TO HAVE YOUR PACKAGE RESENT TO CORRECT MAILING ADDRESS. 

 

WHEN SHIPPING BACK YOUR ITEMS PLEASE INCLUDE YOUR ORDER NUMBER AND DETAILS OF THE EXCHANGE WITHIN 1-2 DAYS OF NOTIFYING OUR OFFICE OF ANY DISCREPANCIES. 

 

PLEASE KEEP IN MIND THAT ALL PACKAGES WILL REQUIRE A SIGNATURE UPON RECEIPT, SO WE CAN INSURE THAT YOU HAVE RECEIVED YOUR PACKAGE. 

 

PLEASE BE ADVISE THAT OUR COMPANY TAKES RETURNS AND CHARGEBACKS EXTREMELY SERIOUS. IF YOU ATTEMPT TO DEFRAUD OUR COMPANY, EXPECT CRIMINAL CHARGES AND CIVIL SUIT TO BE FILED.

Note: We ship in three different packages. (Flat rate envelopes or Paks & medium boxes) via FedEx, UPS, or USPS.
